Arrival:  from 3.00 pm   Departure:  before 10.00 am

 

Deposit:  25% of total agreed price, payable within 3 days of reservation.

 

Cancellation fee:  

0% (minus bank charges) if more than 12 weeks before arrival;

25% of the total agreed price if 4-12 weeks before arrival;

75% of the total agreed price if 1-4 weeks before arrival;

100% of the total agreed price if within 7 days of arrival.

 

A security deposit of €400 is payable on arrival and will be refunded on your departure once a full check has been made of the apartment.
